I can't even hear nagatoro a little bit out of your model

and just because someone has already made a model of person x-y doesn't mean that nobody is allowed to make the person anymore

It's really all about nailing the pitch, and it also has a lot to do with the song's singer voice and their accent.

I can assure you that I've used every bit of voice from the anime soo idk man, maybe you just don't know the chaarcter that well then,
