fire my bro , sounds like him fr , whats ur workflow for uvr
for uvr i just take the song i wanna extract vocals with and use "reverb" first and then I run the song again that is deverbed and use "Kim Vocals" to extract the vocals. If there is any static I use audacity's "Noise Reduction" feature to take out unwanted static. Hope that helps!

Fire model 🔥
Onggg thank you! 1000 epochs coming soon today 👀
oh shit sounds like him to
have you noticed any improvements if you do reverb removal *before* extracting the vocal?
Yes to me I do, I used to just use extract the vocals and then remove reverb but there would be hella static in the end
by static you mean instrumental bleed right
Sorta like a high frequency noise
interesting
i also like to use de-echo where necessary cause sometimes de-reverb will fail to isolate it
i wonder if de-echo first then kim vocal or an equivalent model works better
I can definitely play around with that, I never knew there was a de-echo. What’s the model called?
Under VR Architecture you can find De-echo models if you download them on Download Center
ive had good experiences getting it remove echo when dereverb misses
for sure im going to try that out for my next upcoming models
also if your source audio is mono dereverb does nothing btw
in music it's standard for vocals to be recorded in mono and then turned to stereo whenever applying reverb, echo, etc but sometimes they don't do that and apply mono reverb
Ohhh thanks for the input ill look out for that, learned something new today!
