Description

Marty is the deuteragonist of the Madagascar franchise. He is a zebra who formerly lived in the Central Park Zoo and he's also Alex's best friend. Apparently Marty has spent his whole life in the zoo even as a foal. In Madagascar: A Little Wild Marty appears as a foal along with Alex Melman and Gloria. He enjoys keeping the habitat organized though not to the same degree as Melman. He keeps a lost and found of items that park-goers have lost throughout the day of which he tries to return. However any items from the lost and found that are not claimed or returned within thirty days are up for grabs amongst the zoo animals. He also dreams of growing up to be a Park Ranger Horse like his role model Ranger Hoof.
